Information about the vehicle:

• The Sonderkraftfahrzeug SdKfz 250/3 was a light armoured halftrack with an advanced radio equipment.
• It had an antenna frame and there were different variants available concerning the radio equipment.
• One of the most famous vehicles of world war II was the command vehicle of Erwin Rommel, the „desert fox“, a Sdkfz 250/3 with the letters „GREIF“ on it – supposably as reference to the equally named mythical creature.
• He used this vehicle in 1942 in northern Afrika as leader of the german Afrika-Korps of the Wehrmacht.
