Shipping costs:
 

If you live in a country which does not belong to the European Union (EU) but is in the neighbourhood to a EU country we recommend to use a service which collects your orders within the EU and provides a combined shipment.

This is often done for shipment to Switzerland or to Asia for example.

If you have a friend in Germany, he could order and collect items for you for a combined shipment. This procedure will save a lot of shipment costs.

The Shipping costs within Germany are:

• 7,49 Euro

• For orders over 75,00 Euro the shipping costs within Germany are free, if the correct shipping method is selected during the order process.

The Shipping costs within European Union (continental Europe), except Austria are:

• 19,99 Euro

The shipping costs to European Atlantic islands of countries which belong to the European Union are:

• 33,49 Euro

The shipping costs within Europe for NON-European Union countries are:

• 39,99 Euro

The shipping costs to the United States of America are (during Corona pandemia):

• 60,99 Euro

Worldwide shipping costs are:

• 63,99 Euro

Because of the russian attack of the Ukraine, we currently do not ship to Russia.

Due to new legal rules, valid since January 1st 2023 ,as stated by Landbell AG, we do not ship to Austria anymore.

Orders to Austria will be cancelled.

If you choose the correct shipment costs for your country we ship insured with a shipment ID.

This should be the normal procedure.

If you do not choose the correct shipment method, we will cancel your order or ship without insurance and shipment ID.

Please note that we do not pay back shipment costs for reasons which are not caused by our responsibility.

For example: If the shipment service does not deliver to your location because of an inacceptable address entered by you during the order process or because your location is in quarantine due to the Corona pandemia.
