The Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) "Marder" is the standard vehicle of the german "Panzergrenadiere" (armoured infantry men) and a successor of Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251
2136 Marder were delivered to the german forces since 1971
Their fighting ability has been improved to several versions (A1 to A5) during the 70s (A1), 80s (A2), 90s (A3 and A4) and since 2002 (A5) - for more details, please look at the german description
The "Marder" Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) is displayed in the tank museum "Panzermuseum Munster" in Germany.
