For playing the game you need:

• Ship cards of the nation you want to play with. (They all are bilingual with German and English language.)
• Measuring tools like a measuring tape or ruler.
• Dice.
• Ship miniatures, like Axis & Allies miniatures. If you have bigger ship models corresponding to the ship cards you can use them as well.
• Damage counters (or a piece of paper and a pencil).

Due to the 25^th anniversary of the STRATAK boardgame „Naval battle at Tangor“ a tabletop version has been developed. Based on the prototype tapletop rules of the 1980s it has been developed especially for the use of cheap Axis & Allies miniatures.

(Bigger models can be used as well.)

The players decide how much money they want to spend for their fleets.

They buy ship cards which include all necessary data as well as fire areas for playing the game on the tabletop.

The player who collected most of the victory points at the end of the game wins it.

As usual for STRATAK games the players can decide about the flexible playing time.

You can play with a playing time limit, a round limit or necessary victory points to win the game.

Recommended for players with an age of 14 years or older.
